We have done sangeets in Pune, Solapur, Mumbai, and sent tutorial videos to USA, Canada, Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmadabad, Nashik, Aurangabad, Chennai, etc.

The Kids Batch mission is:

To help children build strong minds and happy hearts.

Whether it’s the basics of dance or creative movements, kids always have fun and learn lifelong skills in Dancercise.

Special course designed for kids aged 3 to 6 years.

  • Basics of the course includes Hand and leg coordination.
  • Understanding of space, usage of props, team work, basic rhythm, grooving, body awareness, self confidence with help of dance.
  • All this which will help in creating strong creative personality.
  • We help them overcome stage fear, building confidence to express themselves.
  • They experience the joy of learning a new dance routine.
  • The thrill of communicating with body language!

Keeping the focus on the Indian culture, Prayer forms a very important part of our classes. Most importantly, they learn they can accomplish anything with Strong Minds and Happy Hearts.

Aquacise

Dance exercise done in water.

It offers a multitude of benefits and options. Aquatic fitness provides buoyancy, taking away most or all impact on your bones, joints and muscles, while the water adds pressure to your body, which comforts joints and internal organs and reduces stress on your heart. This allows you to work harder for longer, burning more fat than you could burn doing many land exercises. Exercises range from basic aerobics to resistance training to kickboxing, ballet exercise, Dance moves or even tai chi. Many individuals may benefit from Aquacise, including beginners, pregnant women, elderly people, patients recovering from injury and the fittest of athletes.
